Welcome to WAG's School Uniform Bank

Our mission is to support families in Warminster and surrounding villages who are struggling with the cost of buying school uniforms. We provide preloved school uniforms, PE kits, and other necessary items completely free of charge. We believe every child should go to school feeling confident and comfortable in their uniform, which is crucial for their sense of belonging and overall wellbeing.

We understand that children quickly outgrow their uniforms, often leading to these items ending up in charity donation boxes or landfill sites. At the same time, the financial burden of renewing school uniforms each year can be daunting for many parents. That’s why we created the School Uniform Bank – to offer a sustainable solution by recycling uniforms, easing the strain on families, supporting children’s school experiences, and contributing to environmental conservation by reducing waste.

We provide school uniforms for families in Warminster and surrounding villages who are facing financial difficulties, covering both primary and secondary school children. We understand the unique needs of secondary school students, which may take a bit longer to fulfil due to specific logos and sizing challenges. All uniforms are provided completely free of charge to help those in need.

If you or someone you know needs help with school uniforms, please fill out our form to let us know what you need. We only accept requests through the website, as using the form saves us valuable time, allowing us to help more families.

Once we receive your request, we’ll gather the items and work directly with families or through other people, such as health visitors and schools. Our goal is to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

While we are happy to provide uniforms free of charge, any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated. Your generosity helps us cover storage costs and continue offering this valuable service to families in need.

We also welcome donations of school uniforms that your child might have grown out of. By donating your preloved uniforms, you can help another child feel confident and comfortable at school. All uniform donations can be dropped off at the WAG House during our opening hours.
